My property was listed on the market during what was a challenging market for my type of property and location. My asking price was probably a little higher than the value and the complex had many other apartments for sale at much lower prices, although in my opinion not as nice. Megan came to value my apartment and gave clear advice about the strategy we needed to follow to sell the property for the desired asking price. Megan discussed with me how desirable the property is not only within the walls but also using the location and amenities to attract the right buyer for us. Within the first 4 weeks I had 4 viewings, and we were tracking 1 a week thereafter. I was pleasantly surprised we had such a volume of enquiries due to the others on the market at the same time. Soon after we found a buyer and they were in a complicated situation, Megan advised me on the best way to proceed so we can obtain full asking price and create urgency on the buyer to move things along, so it didn’t stall my plans.
