How I am helping others to sell their homes
I recently sold a home for a vendor. This property was empty and with a high mortgage it was important to get a quick sale to cut costs for the vendor. However, it was also important we achieved the best price possible. I recommended an “offers over price” which was higher than any price achieved on the road and high for the properties condition. However, with great marketing and a clear plan of when to market when understanding the competition, we were able to secure an offer 9% over asking price.
